TORONTO, ON, Canada, July 3, 2008 -- Harris Computer Systems ("Harris") is proud to announce that Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) has selected Advanced Utility Systems' CIS Infinity to replace its legacy customer information and billing (CIS) solution.

Headquartered in Saint Paul, the State Capital of Minnesota, SPRWS provides retail water services to approximately 96,000 commercial and residential accounts in the City of Saint Paul and the surrounding suburbs of Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Maplewood, Mendota Heights, Mendota, Lilydale, Sunfish Lake, and West Saint Paul.

CIS Infinity was selected to provide SPRWS with a CIS solution that could easily integrate with existing IT systems and provide value added customer service features to SPRWS end users. Steve Gleason, SPRWS Business Division Manager commented:

"SPRWS selection team pared down proposals it received to 3 finalists. The selection team expressed confidence that any of the finalist software solutions could meet SPRWS business needs. The software solution of Advanced Utility Systems ("Advanced") was the recommended choice of the SPRWS Selection Team. User buy-in and ease of use for those who are anticipated to deal most frequently with the system and use by other local communities were key factors in the choice of Advanced."

Upon completion of the SPRWS CIS Infinity implementation, Advanced Utility Systems will have CIS Infinity deployed at three state capital cities across the United States. As Harris Executive Vice-President, Advanced Business Unit, Steve Hammond commented:

"Having SPRWS as a valued client adds the anchor to our already well established presence by joining 19 Minnesota cities enjoying the efficiencies and benefits of CIS Infinity. Working together with the team at SPRWS we look forward to a long and successful partnership."

Implementation of CIS Infinity is scheduled to begin in August 2008.

Advanced is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris Computer Systems that provides Customer Information and Billing solutions exclusively to utilities and municipalities.
