CLARKSVILLE, TN, and WILLISTON, VT, May 25, 2010 -- Harris Computer Systems, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. is pleased to announce that Clarksville Gas & Water (CGW) out of Clarksville, TN, has successfully gone live with Systems & Software's enQuesta IVR solution in conjunction with its business partner Selectron Technologies Inc. In August 2009, S&S successfully implemented its enQuesta Customer Information System (CIS) solution at CGW replacing CGW's aging legacy DOS system. At that time, CGW elected to implement a new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution utilizing a Web Service out of the enQuesta toolbox.

With the integration of Selectron's VoiceUtility solution, CGW's customers can call 24x7 to hear account information stored in enQuesta (including billing and payment history), pay their account balance with a credit card, and request a faxed or e-mailed receipt of transactions. Additionally, VoiceUtility includes an outbound notification to contact account holders with delinquent accounts - delinquent account holders may pay the unpaid balance directly through the outbound call. Selectron's CommunitySelect application allows CGW to build and maintain an informational IVR line to accompany VoiceUtility using simple drag-and-drop processes. The next phase of the Clarksville project involves installing Selectron's Desktop Delivery application, a tool that allows customer service agents to effortlessly deliver customer-requested documents via fax or e-mail during a support call.

Since going live, the IVR has taken 2,379 payments for a total of over $176,000. Feedback from the customers has been extremely positive. Calls and payments using the IVR have been at all times of the day, making billing inquiry and payments very convenient for the customer.

"We are very pleased that Clarksville Gas & Water has been able to extend this level of convenience to their customers while improving efficiencies in their Call Center" says Dave Decker, General Manager at S&S. "By partnering with Selectron we are able to bring a fully integrated solution that is rich in functionality and very flexible to our customer base."

Todd Johnston, President and CEO of Selectron, says, "Selectron is extremely excited and proud of our partnership with Clarksville Gas and Water as well as Systems & Software. We believe this implementation clearly demonstrates our company focus of delivering 'Trusted Solutions and Real Value' to our customers and strategic business partners. We look forward to continuing to provide innovative products and services, as well as ongoing support to enhance CGW's commitment to providing a high level of service to their customers."
