TemcorConservatek names new president

LENEXA, KS, May 31, 2011 -- Temcor Conservatek, the specialty cover division of CST Industries, has named Joseph Kerner company president.

Prior to joining TemcorConservatek, Kerner served as chief operating officer of The Oilgear Co. in Milwaukee, Wisc., where he led the transformation of this hydraulic product and system provider. Prior to that he led a division of Valmont in Plymouth, Ind. and was a General Manager for Jason Components Group in Buffalo, Ill. He will lead TemcorConservatek from the company's Conroe, Tex. offices.
