Timm Dower, group publisher, PennWell's water division, said: "Pennwell has been quickly growing its coverage of the global water sector including digital media and Wasser Berlin is also developing at a fast pace, so it makes strategic sense for the two organisations to work together.
"Digital media is an important part of PennWell's future and the water sector is fully embracing it. Our publishing and digital media expertise, not to mention knowledge of the global water market, means we will be able to provide the digital media coverage WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL fully deserves. We look forward to the partnership and close collaboration with Messe Berlin for the foreseeable future."
Cornelia Wolff von der Sahl, project director WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL, said: "We have selected PennWell as our official Video Services Provider for WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL 2013 to add a contemporary component to our event. We hope to increase the communication and the dynamic within the trade show in addition to strengthening the bond between the trade show and the congress.
"In 2013, we expect to increase our international appeal, not only for our visitors but also our exhibitors. We would also like to transform WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL 2013 into a platform for innovation and exchange of ideas in order to spark new impulses within the water industry."
