A video from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has shown that 50,000 Palestinians from Beit Hanoun in the Northern part of the Strip face serious public health hazard due to damaged water systems systems.
ICRC engineer Sara Badei explains that the rehabilitation of basic infrastructure is urgent and requires a rapid mobilization of materials and resources.
