Frost & Sullivan names Evoqua top for mobile service

PITTSBURGH, NOVEMBER 21, 2016 -- Evoqua Water Technologies has been named the top provider of service and mobile water treatment services for heavy and light industry by Frost and Sullivan, the leading market intelligence firm covering an array of industries and markets.

In naming Evoqua the top service provider, Frost and Sullivan's Deepthi Sugumar explained, "Evoqua lays heavy emphasis on rapid decision making and achieves high levels of responsiveness by empowering the employees in its 85 branches. As decision making is decentralized, each branch office can decide on the appropriate solution for mobile water treatment and the accompanying pricing structure. Evoqua’s final, overall score was a 9.5 rating out of 10. Evoqua’s exceptional turnaround times, emphasis on safety and service professional training led to its best-in-class score.

One service solution cited by Frost and Sullivan was Evoqua’s mobile water treatment system using ion exchange for demineralization, a rapid-response system used to restore water service on the customer's site. The ion exchange system is dispatched from the service branch within 2 hours and quickly commissioned once it reached the customer’s site. The mobile water treatment systems are maintained with great precision to ensure they are ready to go online immediately.
