Sight flow indicators

L.J. Star has published a handbook that provides technical guidance on the selection of sight flow indicators in process applications. The 14-page "Sight Flow Indicators Handbook" will aid process operators who use sight flow indicator devices in process pipelines to provide a visual means of verifying liquid flow. The handbook outlines the types of applications in which sight flow indicators may be applied as well as points to keep in mind when specifying a sight flow indicator, including direction of flow, characteristics of the process material, selection of the body material, gasket material, type of glass, window design and mounting type.
