DO monitor

Analytical Technology Inc. (ATI) offers the Auto-Clean DO Monitor featuring an air cleaning system. Operators can program the monitor to clean as often as once every two hours, or as little as once a day. During each cycle, the sensor membrane is hit with a series of air blasts to insure maximum cleaning efficiency, with a cleaning cycle lasting about 3 minutes. During the cleaning cycle, DO monitor output and alarm contacts are held at pre-cycle values to eliminate false readings or alarms due to the cleaning process.

Wet well cleaning

The Gamajet EZ8 Tank Cleaner eliminates the need for personnel to enter wet wells or other storage tanks for cleaning purposes. By simply inserting the cleaning unit into the well, its 360 degree fluid-driven impingement cleaning pattern will completely scour the inside. The unit provides high flow capacities in a light and narrow unit that allows for easy maneuverability. Wet wells are easily cleaned in as little as 10 minutes without having to send personnel into the well.

Aeration system

The patented Mazzei AirJection®System delivers dissolved oxygen to any depth in water bodies needing aeration. The system produces predictable, thorough aeration without the use of blowers and diffusers. Key applications are for odor control, activated sludge treatment, and BOD/COD reduction. The four step recirculating process uses patented Mazzei®Injectors to dynamically infuse the affected pressurized water with oxygen. It is then delivered to the bottom of the pond/tank/reservoir, under pressure, through the company's Multiplier™ Nozzles that multiply mass transfer in the surrounding water.

Membrane filter monitor

O'Keefe Electronics has developed the Intelligent membrane monitor and manager (im3). The new monitor is designed to increase membrane life, reduce operating costs, increase system efficiency, and reduce labor. One of the greatest concerns in membrane filter operations is the failure to clean the membrane on a routine basis. The result is reduced life for the membranes as they deteriorate prematurely and are damaged beyond repair. The im3 monitors permeate flow and notifies operators when a membrane should be cleaned. Once the membrane is cleaned, the monitor determines when it should be placed back into service.
