Polywrap for corrosion protection
AA Thread's Polyethylene Encasement, or Polywrap, has been proven to be just as effective as other corrosion protection methods for ductile iron pipe at a fraction of the cost. Tapping sleeve
The Triple Tap® from Total Piping Solutions is a widest-range tapping sleeve. Select one of two options: The low-range shell, which typically covers IPS through AC Class 150; and the high-range shell, which covers DIP through AC Class 200. Its design features Type-304 stainless steel construction with no-gall stainless steel bolts. The gasket is an NSF 61-registered NBR compound for water or sewerage. Triple Tap is available in diameters from 4" to 16", meets AWWA C223-13 for tapping sleeves and carries a pressure rating up to 250 psi with test to 350 psi.

Rotary cutters
Reed's Low Clearance Rotary™ Cutters need only 5" clearance to cut pipe up to 16" in diameter. The manual-operated cutters cold-cut large diameter steel, most stainless steel, ductile, and cast iron pipe in close quarters. The cutters are supplied with a slip-on handle that is used to turn and tighten the cutter. With good leverage from the tool's long handle, pipe snaps off squarely before the cutter wheels penetrate halfway through the pipe. The tool provides a square cut and can be used in close quarters anywhere -- in the ditch, underwater, overhead, etc.

Pipe supports
Pipe supports from RELINER®/Duran are easily-installed, adjustable clamping pipe brackets made of non-corrosive, 11-gauge 304 stainless steel. They securely attach pipes to manhole walls and other surfaces with no protruding hardware and are fully adjustable to fit irregular surfaces. Often used with the RELINER Inside Drop Bowl to eliminate outside drops in sanitary sewers or stormwater drops, they attach to the wall with 3/8" stainless steel bolts in non-corrosive shields. A wide range of clamp sizes of 1.5" – 30" for SDR 35, Schedule 40, C900, and CIOD are kept in stock, while other sizes are produced.

Baldor Electric has announced a new addition to its Baldor-Dodge coupling product offering -- the QD bushed Para-Flex coupling. The Baldor-Dodge Para-Flex QD (PXQD) product line is available in sizes PX50 through PX200, with torque ratings through 82,500 in-lbs. PXQD flanges offer greater bore capacity, allowing customers to save money by downsizing their coupling selections. The QD bushing allows for easy installation and removal with minimal shaft damage, reducing overall replacement costs.
