Ojai Valley Sanitary District MH Custom Cover

In 2009, the Ojai Valley Sanitary District changed from using a standard MH cover with just OVSD on it to the customized cover shown here.

Since then, all manhole ring & cover replacements are performed using this customized cover, which depicts our District logo.
