TaKaDu breaks into US market with Knoxville NRW project

Israeli technology company TaKaDu continues to expand its global footprint and has now signed its first contract in North America...  

YEHUD, Israel – Israeli technology company TaKaDu continues to expand its global footprint and has now signed its first contract in North America.

Following a public tender, the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) signed a deal with TaKaDu and its distributor Matchpoint to reduce non-revenue water (NRW).

KUB is responsible for gas, water, wastewater and electric services to Knoxville and seven surrounding counties in the East Tennessee Valley.

As part of the project, KUB will use TaKaDu’s cloud-based service to detect, analyse and manage network events and incidents such as leaks, bursts, faulty assets, telemetry and data issues.

The Israeli company is now working in 11 countries, including Chile and Brazil in Latin America.
