Dosatron International S.A. integrates Hamilton Sundstrand's industrial metering and mixing company Milton Roy

TRESSES (BORDEAUX), FRANCE, March 30, 2007 -- Stephen G. Oswald, president of Hamilton Sundstrand's Industrial group and John Dudley KELLY, president and majority shareholder of Dosatron International S.A., signed today the final acquisition of Dosatron International S.A., France, by Hamilton Sundstrand, a division of the American group United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX).

Dosatron International was until now a privately held company. The transaction has been subject to regulatory approval, since Dosatron will become part of Milton Roy, one of Hamilton Sundstrand's three industrial companies. Milton Roy is one of the world's leading Fluid Metering, Mixing and Flow Control companies with a wide range of specialty pumps and systems (Milton Roy, LMI, William, Linc, Hartell, Haskel, BuTech and YZ Systems).

John Dudley KELLY will stay at the command of Dosatron as managing director and will closely work on the integration and development process with Jean-Claude Pharamond, Milton Roy Company President.

The integration will make Dosatron benefit from important technological and R&D back up as well as scale advantages on the international and ever more competitive market.

The Dosatron Company will continue to operate under the name Dosatron.

The Industrial division of Hamilton Sundstrand includes the Milton Roy, Sundyne and Sullair business units.
