DENVER, CO, Oct. 15, 2009 -- On Tuesday, November 3, the American Water Works Association (AWWA) will host a Best of ACE09 Conference -- Regional Approaches Strategies: Capacity Workforce Issues Webcast. AWWA is offering this webcast for those who were unable to attend ACE09 or for those that were in attendance but missed this session.

This webcast explores the value of regional strategies for capacity and workforces issues and presents examples where this approach was successful. Attendees will discover strategies used to solve small water system capacity shortfalls, contrasting options for satisfying increasing water supply demands and examine methods to improve customer satisfaction.
