• Working with ClickSoftware on a Customer Service Transformation Project, Anglian Water has scooped a top award for services provided to customers in the field

Working in partnership with ClickSoftware, Anglian Water made significant improvements, transforming the way it planned, deployed and analyzed the resources needed to deal with operational customer service enquiries.
