Vertex officially names new vice president of product development

Vertex announced that it has officially appointed Lodewyk Steyn as vice president of product development for the company.

RICHARDSON, TEXAS, July 6, 2015 -- Vertex, a specialist in utility customer experience solutions, announced today that it has officially appointed Lodewyk Steyn as vice president of product development for the company.

Bringing extensive experience in the utilities industry, Steyn will broaden the scope of the company's VertexOne service offering, adding enterprise resource planning and asset management (ERP and EAM) to its fully hosted and managed platform.

Most recently, he served as capability and solutions lead for HCL's Utility Practice from 2006-2015, where he grew the delivery capability by over 800 percent.
