The Conference Committee has put together a program that will draw professionals from across the country to share an interest in improving the effectiveness of their organization, as it relates to collection systems. Key components included two interactive workshops, 13 technical sessions, a mobile session through the exhibit hall, facility tours, and a large exhibit floor. These components, combined with networking opportunities with the best in the field, offered a complete package to professionals at all levels within the collection systems industry.
