John Sala has over 25 years of combined utility and utility software vendor experience working with a variety of utility customer service and meter-related field service applications. He has also been responsible for multiple enterprise-level projects related to call center automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, meter reading systems, field service systems, and AMR/AMI. Today Mr. Sala serves Neptune Technology Group as Director of Marketing supporting all Neptune AMR/AMI software and field data collection hardware.
