A member of the senior management team at American Water, Mark Strauss is responsible for aligning overall strategy and major growth efforts for the company’s regulated and competitive operations. Previously, he was president of American Water Enterprises, the non-regulated products and services division of American Water which offers operations and maintenance contract services, for military bases, municipalities and industrial clients, service line protection programs for homeowners and other innovative solutions that address a variety of challenges facing the industry.
