The new Thermo Scientific Masterflex® P/S line of digital peristaltic pumps is available in a wide range of complete systems that include either a standard digital drive, a computerized drive, or a stainless steel NEMA 4X process drive. The digital pump provides a number of important advantages for the industrial user, including repeatability of 0.1 percent to maximize productivity in precision chemical feed, batch dispensing and filling applications. A turndown ratio up to 6,000-to-1 provides users with substantial flexibility in volume and time of dispense in addition to smooth operation and a broad flow range within a single tubing size.

Valveless metering system
Fluid Metering has introduced the new Chloritrol™ valveless metering system for injection of liquid sodium and calcium hypochlorite. The system features a valveless duplex pump design. The primary pump injects liquid hypochlorite directly into the water main. The secondary pump removes out-gas bubbles from the system preventing loss of prime. The system will self prime against pressures up to 125 psi.

Gas shutoff system
Halogen Valve’s Terminator Actuator™ closes and torques hazardous gas 150 lb. cylinder valves in an emergency in three seconds. This microprocessor controlled and sequential operated system applies 40 foot-pounds during an emergency situation to the valve stem as recommended by the Chlorine Institute. Liquid polymer activation

Chemical feed system

Metering pumps

Volumetric feeder
