Paul Gifford is the Director of Product for Mueller Water Products. He has been with Mueller for 21 years and finds the water distribution market to be fascinating and special. Paul works closely with municipalities and end users to understand customer challenges and adapt or create products to solve problems. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Paul is a seasoned veteran of product development and has over 30 years of experience in the water industry.
Now with an MBA in Management of Technology Paul is focused on bringing attention to system improvements within Mueller and customer education. Paul is passionate about solving water infrastructure challenges beyond the hardware that Mueller has provided water utilities with for 166 years. While some of the processes and products in the water sector are over 100 years old, Paul is finding ways to utilize technology to improve products and provide efficiencies for water utilities around the world.
He has over 20 patents for flow control and monitoring devices and has invented creative solutions for applications in Bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing, mining, chemical processing, fire protection, and water.

Charles Coon is the Senior Manager of Product Management with Mueller Water Products, overseeing new product development. He is focused on process improvement with the goal of ensuring smooth delivery of new products to the market.
