Siva Angappan has more than 20 years of experience in environmental engineering including 12 years of experience in designing Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) systems and Integrated Fixed-Film Activated Sludge (IFAS) systems. Prior to joining Headworks BIO and its predecessor, Hydroxyl Systems Inc, Siva worked with major consulting companies in the USA including Rust/Raytheon Engineering and Jacobs Engineering. His experience covers diverse areas on environmental engineering including air pollution control, physical/chemical/biological treatment of wastewater, and environmental compliance audits in various industries. Siva has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and was awarded a PE license (Chemical Engineering) in Iowa in 1999.
