The company, a division of $150-million UK-based Balmoral Group, has earned a global reputation for providing an industry-leading portfolio of liquid storage and treatment products, including epoxy-coated and concrete tanks, and has installations on major projects across Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia.
Balmoral Tanks’ new $15-million purpose-designed factory opened in January 2018 and houses a state of the art epoxy coating line and in-line shot blasting, as well as the latest laser cutting technology and fabrication facilities.
Simon Scott, export sales director, said: “In the last six months we have supplied over 5 million gallons of potable water storage and recently started building a 3.5 million gallon tank with geodesic dome roof in Africa. In addition to potable water storage, we have many years’ experience in storing and treating municipal and industrial wastewater and specialize in renewable energy and anaerobic digestion tanks.
