MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada, Feb. 10, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CFM Corp., in connection with its long-term strategic plan, completed a sale of certain assets related to the water dispensing, ozone water purification, ice making, and air circulation and purification business.
The company will continue to operate its water business with respect to ultraviolet water purification and filtration appliances and products. The aggregate proceeds of the sale were US$6.38 million, paid partly in cash and partly by the assumption of liabilities. The buyer was not disclosed.
