RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA, July 30, 2008 -- Aquacell Water, Inc. announced today that it has received a contract valued at $200,000 from the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) to replace the arsenic removal media in six drinking water treatment systems built by the Company. The systems were installed last year at Navajo Nation schools under a contract valued at more than $600,000.

Under the terms of this new contract Aquacell will be installing MetSorb™ titanium-based media into the existing systems for arsenic removal, as well as a specialty media for adjustment of pH. Aquacell Water is an exclusive provider of MetSorb by agreement with Graver Technologies.

Karen Laustsen, Aquacell's Chief Operating Officer, said, "This contract from the BIA is a clear indication of the repeat business we anticipate to receive for each arsenic removal system we build." Ms. Laustsen continued, "Moreover, media replacement is not limited to systems Aquacell has designed, built and installed. We have also recently received an order to replace a competitor's media in an existing system."

Additionally, Aquacell Water has received contracts for arsenic removal systems that have recently been installed or are in process totaling more than $600,000 in contract value, for installations in New Mexico, Texas, California, Arizona and Canada. The capacity of drinking water being treated annually by Aquacell's arsenic projects exceeds five billion gallons.

Kevin Spence, Aquacell's President and Chief Financial Officer, said, "We consider it a privilege to provide communities across the nation with systems to efficiently and effectively remove arsenic from their drinking water. It is particularly gratifying for us to have the opportunity to work closely with Graver Technologies -- a premier company with what we consider to be the best media available for removal of arsenic and other heavy metals."
