To be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. MDT, this webcast will provide practical tools and tips to ensure that utilities are selecting and using the right chemicals, evaluating feed systems, establishing appropriate delivery procedures, and reviewing their security and emergency response plans appropriately.
