Mobile water purification system attains certification
• PureSafe Water Systems product certified by the (WQA) Water Quality Association for compliance with NSF/ANSI 61, Section 8
PLAINVIEW, NY, Sept. 8, 2010 -- Leslie J. Kessler, Chairman and CEO of PureSafe Water Systems Inc. announced today that the WQA (Water Quality Association) has completed testing on the PureSafe™ First Response Mobile Water Purification Systems (FRWS). The System is in compliance with NSF/ANSI* 61, Section 8. This certification represents the first of its kind in the First Response Mobile Water Purification category for the WQA.
The WQA is widely accepted and respected in the area of water quality testing and water-related products for consumers. Standard 61 is the accepted standard for municipalities and health departments across the country. This standard establishes minimum health effects requirements for materials, components, products, or systems that contact drinking water, drinking water treatment chemicals, or both. The PureSafetm management team is proud to be associated with the WQA for such an important certification step.
