• Extending its water purification reach into the Tennessee Valley
LITTLE FALLS, NJ, June 18, 2007 -- Cantel Medical Corp., through its Mar Cor Purification subsidiary, is further expanding its water purification and filtration business and has entered into an agreement to purchase the water-related assets of Dialysis Services Inc. (DSI). DSI, based in Springfield, Tennessee, designs, installs and services high quality water and bicarbonate systems for use in dialysis clinics, hospitals and university settings. The business being acquired has pre-acquisition revenues of approximately $1.2 million, and the transaction is scheduled to close on August 1, 2007.

Through this acquisition, we will be adding an outstanding team and base of business in a highly desirable region -- one with great concentration of dialysis clinics and healthcare institutions. We anticipate achieving service efficiencies and leveraging Mar Cor's manufacturing, resin regeneration and parts businesses."
Cantel's President & CEO, R. Scott Jones, added, "Building atop our recent acquisition of GE Water & Process Technologies' dialysis water business, we are implementing our strategy to further build out our service network into key geographic areas.
