COLCHESTER, VT, May 21, 2007 -- The City of Greensboro has selected Systems & Software's latest offering, enQuesta™ 3e, to provide an integrated approach to managing and optimizing its customer service operations.

Serving more than 98,000 customers, Greensboro provides safe, dependable drinking water and wastewater treatment, as well as meter reading, billing, and maintenance of water and sewer lines. The Storm Water Division works to alleviate flood-related problems, improve and monitor water quality in streams, and assist residents in resolving drainage issues. Additionally, the Field Operations Department manages the collection of solid waste, recycling, and yard waste for residential and commercial communities.

"We strongly believe that enQuesta 3e will provide greater efficiency to our citywide call center to handle additional utility-related calls. This upgrade will also enable us to rapidly adapt to changing business requirements and system demands," said Jeff Kimel, City of Greensboro's Customer Service and Billing Manager.

Through enQuesta 3e, the city plans to integrate several of its critical business processes, aligning with industry benchmarks and best practices. enQuesta's Reporting Portal lends a library of standard reports and a unique web-based reporting capability, as well as data access to underlying enQuesta data stores. A robust and easy-to-use set of tools enables the utility to quickly and easily create and distribute reports to the user community. Additionally, enQuesta 3e will allow the utility to extend the CIS data elements to other applications using an industry-standard protocol rather than designing custom interfaces.

"Our solution offers the right blend of expertise and customer-centric business processes. With enQuesta 3e, we now have the enhanced ability to provide an even more tightly knit enterprise solution. It was very significant that Greensboro chose to adopt this cutting-edge technology," said Jerry Ford, CEO, Systems & Software.

Systems & Software Inc. is a strategic billing, customer service and customer information system (CIS) solution provider to utilities throughout North America
