Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) retention/detention systems use the company’s N-12® corrugated pipe known for its excellent Manning’s “n” rating of 0.012. With a corrugated exterior and smooth interior, ADS N-12 HDPE pipe provides both strength and optimum hydraulic capacity. ADS lightweight corrugated pipe can be easily handled with minimal equipment by a one- or two-person crew. The N-12 pipe underground retention/detention system utilizes subsurface pipe that detains stormwater and releases it either through a controlled outlet or holds it until the surrounding soil can accept it.

Brentwood’s new StormTank™ Stormwater Storage Modules are a high-void, strong, affordable alternative to crushed stone, concrete structures, or pipe chambers for subsurface stormwater detention or infiltration basins. They offer ample void space (97%) and are loadrated for use under parking lots, athletic fields, parks, etc. The entire StormTank Storage System is built onsite from 18" wide × 36" long top/bottom panels and side panels made of rugged, lightweight polypropylene and 2 3/8" diameter PVC columns (18"–36" lengths). Combinations of these three components create all the module configurations needed for a fully-functioning underground system. All components easily attach with a secure concentric pressure fit. No special equipment, tools, or bonding agents are needed.
