New Jersey-American installs new water pipeline along New Providence borough

As part of New Jersey- American's efforts to provide high-quality drinking water and improve service to customers, it is installing a new water pipeline in New Providence Borough, NJ.

NEW PROVIDENCE, N.J., Dec. 4, 2001 — As part of New Jersey- American's efforts to provide high-quality drinking water and improve service to customers, it is installing a new water pipeline in New Providence Borough, NJ.

On or about December 17, 2001, pipeline construction will begin on Central Avenue between Springfield Avenue and the Passaic River. Construction is expected to be completed in mid-January.

Central Avenue will remain open during construction, however traffic delays may be experienced.
