Chemilizer injectors selected to deliver anti-corrosive formulation
LARGO, FL, Jan. 20, 2006 -- Chemilizer Products Inc. has been selected as a supplier to a firm that claims its product can undo, even reverse the massive on-going worldwide ravage caused by scale in water pipelines and other fluid delivery systems.
RE-Ox LLC of Las Vegas, NV, successfully tested its new breakthrough product, RE-Ox™ -- a non-hazardous, neutral anti-scalant solution -- using Chemilizer's CP33 volumetric injector to inject the formulation into a municipal water system in Kansas City that was encrusted with calcium deposits. RE-Ox, when injected into affected pipes and water systems, removes and prevents solidified deposits.
Commonly, this unchecked process causes film and scale to obstruct fluid flow and ultimately render pipeline systems useless, or, at best, substantially less efficient. Some chemical treatments also can contribute to corrosive forces. RE-Ox says its product reduces labor, improves heat exchange, increases equipment efficiency and performance while protecting materials and reducing water usage.
Certified tests indicate that the formulation injected by the CP33 has lived up to the claims of unclogging pipes and equipment while removing scale from floors, walls, drains, condensing loops, and restoring pipes to a stunning level of smoothness at the microscopic level.
According to Doug Vineyard, managing member of Spicer Randolph LLC, the CP33 used in the testing exceeded his company's injector expectations which included trouble-free delivery, durability and longevity without the need of electricity. It was able to draw the anti-corrosion formulation from its source and deliver it accurately into the water system.
During the tests in Kansas City, Vineyard said the injector was readily installed on a variety of water supply lines ranging from half inch to over twelve inches in diameter. The units were mounted on a mobile framework and spaced about twenty feet apart during tests, he said.
"The Chemilizer units worked like a charm and helped us in securing strong test results from Suburban Water Company in Kansas City," said Vineyard.
He said his company has used competitive injection units, adding that the Chemilizer units have a good combination of range of injection and flow rate in a single model. They were also the easiest to install, he added.
"Chemilizer was simply better in all aspects," Vineyard said.
According to Tim Dickson, business development director for Chemilizer, RE-Ox is currently being evaluated by companies and individuals in the four main markets served by Chemilizer's injectors. Those markets include agriculture, horticulture, animal health and water.
Chemilizer Products Inc. (www.chemilizer.com) has produced quality injectors for over three decades for global users in agriculture, animal health and water management applications. Research, manufacturing and administrative activities are conducted in the company's modern 20,000 sq. ft. facility located in Largo, FL.
