BERESFORD, SD, Dec. 6, 2005 -- Sioux Steam Cleaner Corp., a supplier of steam cleaners, pressure washers, water heaters and steam generators, is excited to announce that they are one of the first manufacturers in South Dakota to meet export crating requirements. These new international standards are increasingly required by many countries.
Using a supplier that is not certified can result in the shipment being rejected at the foreign port and returned to the supplier for repackaging, increasing cost and impacting schedules severely. Sioux ships equipment to over 70 countries worldwide and is now certified to comply with these IPPC Standards for wood packaging. Upon request, Sioux will customize the export crating and adjust the shipping as needed.
Sioux Steam Cleaner Corp. (www.sioux.com), based in Beresford, S.D., has been manufacturing application-specific, heavy-duty industrial steam cleaners, pressure washers, water heaters and steam generators since 1939. These units are widely used for applications in various industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical, wastewater treatment, offshore and onshore petroleum and refining, concrete and construction, mining, grounds and facilities maintenance and within several government agencies.
