Nov. 5, 2002 -- The North American Development Bank (NADB) cordially invites you to attend the public meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, December 5, 2002 in San Antonio, Texas.
The NADB is an international financial institution established and capitalized in equal parts by the United States and Mexico for the purpose of financing environmental infrastructure projects located in the U.S.-Mexico border region.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide an opportunity for a direct exchange of information about the Bank's projects, programs and processes with the NADB Board of Directors. With that in mind, please note that each person interested in addressing the Board will be asked to limit his/her remarks to 3 minutes, in order to allow as many people as possible to participate.
