Tettemer partnered with The Keith Companies' ESII division to win this contract for the continuation phase of the project, which follows the $640,000 preliminary engineering phase contract awarded to Tettemer in November 2001. The company's CEO, Aram H. Keith stated, "The successes of our Tettemer & Associates and ESII divisions in the cooperative securing and performance on this contract is especially gratifying as it indicates that our internal diversity continues to be of benefit.
