Washington, D.C., and Gaithersburg, Md., October 18, 2001 — PA Consulting Group (PA) and SCIENTECH, Inc. (SCIENTECH), today announced the formation of a partnership to provide risk evaluation and operational security services for North American water, wastewater and electric utilities.
The two firms, both with significant experience working with local, national, and international utilities, are combining their expertise to address concerns regarding the security of the infrastructure of these essential entities. Such concerns include, but are not limited to, the physical destruction of property, toxological sabotage and Cyber attacks.
