HDR acquires companies in Calif., Texas -- OMAHA, NE, Jan. 10, 2006 -- HDR Engineering Inc., a leading architecture-engineering-consulting firm, has acquired Surface Water Resources Inc. (SWRI), an environmental and engineering consulting firm based in Sacramento, Calif. It also announced the purchase of Shiner Moseley and Associates Inc., an engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Corpus Christi, Texas. Sheboygan, Wis., engineer to acquire tradition-rich Chicago firm -- SHEBOYGAN, WI, Jan. 10, 2006 -- The Midwest engineering firm Donohue & Associates Inc. is acquiring Alvord, Burdick & Howson, L.L.C. (AB&H), a Chicago-based water and wastewater engineering firm for more than 100 years. FilmTec Corp. expansion on target for production in 2006 --
