PWI, a primary business unit of Parsons Corporation, provides customers worldwide with full-service engineering, construction, and management services in water, wastewater, and ports. Parsons is one of the largest 100% employee-owned engineering and construction firms in the United States, operating in more than 30 countries.

Prior executive roles include a Brussels-based assignment with MWH as President of their Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India region and as Chief Operating Officer for MWH's U.S. municipal and federal services.
"Rich will be a valuable addition to PWI," stated Jim McNulty, Parsons Chairman and CEO. "His executive-level experience and knowledge of water/wastewater engineering and alternate delivery mechanisms will help us expand our business unit and increase our market share."
Wankmuller has more than 25 years of experience in program management, engineering, construction, and information technology, including running some of the world's largest water and infrastructure programs.
"I'm truly honored to join Parsons in this capacity, and I'm excited to have the opportunity to further the development of the corporation's rapidly expanding Water & Infrastructure group," said Wankmuller.
