Baker received the 2004 EBJ Index Stock Market Silver Award for its dramatic increase in year-end share price of 89% from year-end 2003. Additionally, Baker received an Honorable Mention in the "Very Large Firms" category of the Management Awards for the overall management of its significant turnaround, and in particular, for the leadership of President and Chief Executive Officer Donald P.
