Bodimeade leads HMM's Canadian expansion, Burns heads Mid-Atlantic effort
MILLBURN, NJ & MISSISSAUGA, ON, April 29, 2005 -- Carl Bodimeade joined Hatch Mott MacDonald on March 14 as vice president responsible for the expansion of HMM's water and wastewater infrastructure services in Ontario.
HMM also recently hired two senior wastewater/water project managers, Bruce Burns, PE, and James Havey, PE, formerly with Mid Atlantic Region Engineering (MAR). OEM sales manager, Asia-Pacific operations manager appointed at Moyno

Santa Ana city council member added to Orange County water board

Bush Transportation appointee joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

Raymond Sharpe joins Cytec's board of directors

URS names Green to management committee, chairman of Advatech

Devcon names Stephen Ruzika as CEO

Prior to joining the company in February 2005, he served on the Board of Directors and as chief financial officer of Alice Ink Inc., a privately held consumer products company. From July 1987 to August 1997, he served in various financial and operational positions for various subsidiaries of ADT Ltd., the last being chief operating officer for its operations in Canada and 11 European countries.
Farenhem has been and is a principal and chief financial officer of Royal Palm Capital Partners, a private investment firm, since April 2003. Previously, he served as executive vice president of strategic planning and corporate development for Bancshares of Florida and the chief financial officer for Bank of Florida from February 2002 to April 2003. He served as an investment banker with Bank of America Securities from October 1988 through February 2002.

Fresh Creek Technologies expands staff
CEDAR GROVE, NJ, April 18, 2005 -- John Meakim, president and CEO of Fresh Creek Technologies Inc., announced recently the appointment of Clinton R. Holland Jr. as sales director and, P. Michael Farrelly as senior project engineer.
"These appointments," Meakim said, "are in direct response to significantly improved sales opportunities, new product initiatives and the need to strengthen our sales and project management process. Holland and Farrelly are very well qualified and bring extensive experience to these new positions."
Clint Holland came to Fresh Creek Technologies from Van Air Inc., Erie, Pa., where he was president. Holland's primary responsibilities in his new assignment include strengthening the sales process, upgrading the associates network and streamlining marketing and product information and training programs. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Rhode Island. He has more than 30 years experience in the chemical and filtration industries.
Mike Farrelly joined the company from Atomizing Systems Inc., of Ho Ho Kus, N.J., where was a project engineer. In his new position, Farrelly will supervise the design and development of new installations and coordinate engineering needs of customers and site management. He has a bachelor's degree in industrial sciences from Montclair University. He has more than 20 years experience in facilities engineering, safety and environmental programs.
