WEST CHESTER, PA, Feb. 24, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Daleco Resources Corp. has signed a multi-party Market and Product Development Agreement with EEC North America LLC of Blue Bell, Pa., Enviro/Sci Corp. (ESC) of Southeastern, Pa., and Organica Biotech Inc. of Norristown, Pa.
Daleco chairman and CEO Dov Amir stated that execution of the agreement establishes a strategic alliance among the parties for development of products and services for the water and wastewater industries.
Company president Gary Novinskie stated that the agreement will expand opportunities for Daleco to introduce not only its Zeolitic based CA Series Engineered Products but also for future product designed to take advantage of the products, services and technical resources of its alliance partners. He noted that preliminary inter-company discussions have already identified several new market opportunities for the alliance partners to introduce bundled products and services.
