Everest VIT sells North American Environmental Business Unit to Envirosight, LLC

Everest VIT has sold its North American Environmental Business Unit to Envirosight, LLC, a stand-alone business formed by Everest VIT veterans to service the environmental marketplace.

Flanders, NJ, July 24, 2002 -- Everest VIT, a specialist in the development, sales, rental, training and on-site service of Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) equipment, has sold its North American Environmental Business Unit to Envirosight, LLC, a stand-alone business formed by Everest VIT veterans to service the environmental marketplace.

These tools provide superior inspection capability and are already in use by a discriminating roster of customers, including New York City and Philadelphia and well-respected environmental services companies throughout North America.

Everest VIT continues to distribute its QuickView, VideoProbe® XL PRO™, RECON™ Digital Inspection System™ and CaZoom™ PTZ Cameras to its key markets.
