Rhino Ecosystems has signed its largest international distributor for the sale of the patented Rhino line of Wet Waste Interceptors to the Republic of South Korea.

ONTARIO, Canada, Dec. 18, 2000 (PRNewswire) — Rhino Ecosystems Inc. (www.rhinoeco.com ) of Woodbridge, Ontario has just signed its largest international distributor for the sale of the patented Rhino line of Wet Waste Interceptors to the Republic of South Korea.

This distributor agreement dated December 8, 2000 assigns to Kint and Associates Inc. the exclusive right to market all current and future Rhino Ecosystems products to the Republic of South Korea and totals $1 million (U.S.) in annual purchases from Rhino.

According to senior executives from Kint and Associates, the Republic of South Korea has a large market potential for the Rhino line of Wet Waste Interceptors and the company is looking forward to a long-term alliance, which may expand to other Pacific Rim countries to encompass additional international business connections.

The Rhino Wet Waste Interceptor is an economical and environmentally safe product designed to remove wet waste solids from plumbing systems, and up to 90 percent of the fats, oils and greases from the waste water stream being discharged through commercial, industrial and residential sinks. The wet waste solids are trapped at source in an easily removable disposable filtration membrane, which allows the residual water to flow down the drain.

Mark Wiertzema, President and CFO of Rhino Ecosystems Inc. says, "We tend to take clean water for granted; we think it'll always be there and be cheap, yet municipalities around the world are experiencing steadily rising costs in water treatment. South Korea is no exception. We're very happy that Kint and Associates believes strongly in the benefits that our products offer in helping to cut the costs of keeping their waters clean."

The Rhino Ecosystems Inc. (RHNC), Wet Waste Interceptor provides an inexpensive solution for restaurants, hotels, and food-related industries to dispose of wet waste solids with considerable benefits from both a health and conservation perspective.
