Scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2008, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm (EDT), the webcast Stormwater 101: The Basics will present an overview of the NPDES stormwater program, including a discussion of the laws, regulations, and permits that shape this complex regulatory program.
