WASHINGTON, DC, Oct. 21, 2009 -- EPA's Watershed Academy has released a new online module titled "The Effect of Climate Change on Water Resources and Programs." This module is based on EPA's National Water Program Strategy: Response to Climate Change posted at http://epa.gov/ow/climatechange/strategy.html.
The module provides basic information on climate change, the water-related effects of climate change in the United States, and the implications for EPA's National Water Program. The module is part of EPA's Watershed Academy Web that includes more than 50 online modules regarding various aspects of watershed management.
