PORTLAND, OR, July 27, 2009 -- Stevens Water Monitoring Systems Inc. is pleased to announce its partnership with Hach HydroMet, a Danaher company, to provide system integration solutions to the North American market.

Hach HydroMet has been a long-time leader in the water quality marketplace with the highly successful line of Hydrolab Sondes and OTT radar level sensors, bubblers, and rain gages. Stevens Water Monitoring Systems, America's first water monitoring company, brings a long history of system design and product integration to the Hach line of products.

"Stevens is very excited to be partnering with Hach Hydromet for system integration," said Fred Holloway, Director of Sales for Stevens. "The Hydrolab line of water quality sondes, along with their selection of OTT water level instrumentation will provide our customers the flexibility they expect when choosing a system for their monitoring projects. The Hach line of products will complement our existing line of data loggers, environmental sensors, and telemetry solutions very well."

In addition to performing system integration in the United States for Hach Hydromet, Stevens will carry several of the Hach product families, including the Hydrolab Water Quality Sondes, OTT Pluvio2 Rain Gages, OTT RLS Radar Level Sensor, and the OTT CBS Compact Bubbler System. The partnership will also allow Hach Hydromet to bring some of Stevens' most successful products, including the Hydra Probe II Soil Moisture Sensor, to their existing customer base.

Stevens Water Monitoring Systems designs and manufactures instrumentation and systems for long- term monitoring, collection and data analysis of water conditions and related environmental conditions.

Hach Hydromet helps water resources professionals generate reliable data throughout the entire cycle of water, from measuring precipitation to monitoring estuaries and ground water, and everything in between.
