COSTA MESA, CA, Feb. 15, 2007 -- JWC Environmental (JWCE) of Costa Mesa, CA, Franklin-Miller Inc. of Livingston, NJ, and JBI of El Dorado Hills, CA, jointly announce the settlement of a lawsuit for patent infringement brought by JWCE.

The lawsuit accused certain versions of Franklin Miller's SPIRALIFT® SC, SPIRALIFT® SC 1600, SPIRALIFT® SC 8500 screenings washer products (collectively "SPIRALIFT SC") of infringing JWCE U.S. Patent 7,080,650.

As part of the settlement, Franklin Miller and JBI have agreed to modify the accused SPIRALIFT SC screening washer products. In return, JWCE has dropped its lawsuit. All other terms of the settlement remain confidential.
