Safety device

Water utilities, both large and small, are looking for solutions to secure their perimeters, track the movement of individuals, and prevent unauthorized access to
their physical assets. In doing so, they face some unique challenges. Entry gates, well sites, re-pumping stations, chemical feed, and other sensitive areas need to be protected. Additionally, it is critical to reliably document scheduled water sampling. CyberLock is virtually tailor-made for water utilities. With CyberLock, a utility can have electronic access control and auditing capabilities throughout their facilities, regardless of whether or not power or a network connection is available to the site.Cyberlockwww.cyberlock.comBooth 3428Circle No. 2005WWsp2_p10 on Reader Service Card.

Analyze, share crucial AMI data

As the demand to do more with less grows, water utilities need quantifiable data and solutions, fast. Managing, sharing, and securing that data is made simple with the Neptune® 360 data management platform. Utilities can gain a deeper understanding of the information they collect and make informed decisions faster with a cloud-based platform designed for the business of water. Intuitive system-wide metrics are easily accessible to provide crucial information at a glance across the entire metering infrastructure. Analysis of individual trends and usage patterns helps resolve customer service calls more efficiently. Geographical views help identify areas of concern and maximize operational efficiencies. Neptune 360 software is designed to easily grow with a utility’s needs without added IT infrastructure costs. The modular design allows utilities to choose the features that are important to them now, and add others as their needs change, with the click of a button. Only one application is needed for any reading method, while the cloud-based platform mitigates costly infrastructure deployments and downtime for upgrades. Neptune manages all hardware and software components and updates, as well as storage of data. Utilities continue to own their data, which they can access quickly and securely — anytime, anywhere — without the need for additional IT staff. There’s nothing to install. A utility can just log on to an Internet web browser. Neptune 360 operates from a world-class data center providing the highest level of data security, redundancy, and disaster recovery processes. Utilities have peace of mind, thanks to 24/7 system monitoring and third-party stringent independent testing to safeguard their data.Neptune Technology Groupwww.neptunetg.comBooth 4001Circle No. 2005WWsp2_p11 on Reader Service Card.
