Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District (SRCSD) and the City of Kissimmee are strategic planning projects involving TAP Resource's "Strategic Action Planning" methodology. This approach, which includes an examination of the alignment of leadership and culture with strategic focus, has proven to be very effective in assisting a number of utilities create more effective, efficient and competitive organizations.
Utilities accomplished these objectives in part due to the involvement of all levels and departments of the organization in the process. The end result for the utility is a detailed and very specific action plan outlining what must happen, when and by whom in order for the organization to reach it's goals.
The Eagle River Water And Sanitation District assignment involves providing the utility with a workshop focused on how to develop focused, aligned leadership within the utility environment.
