OCALA, FL, Dec. 4, 2014 -- Today, Krausz USA, a designer and manufacturer of coupling and repair clamp solutions for water and wastewater applications, celebrated the first anniversary of its advanced facility in the city of Ocala, Fla.
Krausz Industries of Israel opened the company, which used an exclusive U.S. distributor in the past. The facility provides direct regional sales and service throughout North America, warehouses finished products for immediate delivery, and provides custom fabrication enhancements to base products made in Israel.
In addition to providing access to Krausz products, the facility also houses a customer training center where clients can learn how to use products to their full potential. Technical Support Manager Doug Riseden has also travelled across the U.S. introducing customers to new product innovations.
A highlight has been Krausz's HYMAX GRIP, a coupling restraint that features patented technology using universal teeth to restrain all types of connecting plastic and metal pipes.
