Nov. 19, 2010 -- The Lower Colorado River Authority announced that it will sell all 32 of its water and wastewater systems serving 125,000 people across central Texas.

The LCRA purchased the systems hoping to diversify revenues but officials say the investment proved to be a distraction from the agency's traditional work.
